Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide courteous and prompt responses to all resident and prospect inquires via phone, email and text.
- Collaborates with team leaders to offer expert guidance and strategic insights on marketing practices to enhance value for the team's clients.
- Maintain community related communications and vendor relationships.
- Immediately respond to in-house guest requests or all after-hours service and emergency calls as the on-call person.
- Work with the field operations team to divide daily tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and be a positive team player.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Finance, Real Estate, Property Management or closely related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and phone skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Capability to take charge and ownership of projects, self-starter and independent worker
