Responsibilities and Duties
- Make inroads into the American consumer base by initiating new projects, products, and programs.
- Visit customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and educate customers and sell the Company’s products.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
- Produce and participate in trade shows/events as set by business objectives.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport.
- Respond to and communicate with all customers in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required from manager.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is a must.
- Fluency in Chinese - Business to Native Level is a big plus.
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant Sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Posess data compiling and analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese foods and sakes preferred.
