Responsibilities and Duties
- Work diligently with the Sales team and provide support as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects assigned in required timelines.
- Prepare, update and distribute reports to sales team, customers, management, and corporate.
- Maintain accurate customer contact records, and customer and compliance database.
- Promptly respond to customer requests and communicate essential information to necessary parties and departments.
- Continue to expand knowledge of business, department, and customers to better assist supervisor, department, and company in furthering growth and achieving goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is a must.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables)
- Able to multi-task effectively and manage shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated, eager to seek new challenges and take initiative.
- Willing to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
