Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the lead in planning, managing, and implementing business communications.
- Build relationships with major influencers and industries across the spectrum, from broadcast networks to YouTube enthusiasts, through all forms of communications.
- Responsible for the budget of all marketing-related efforts not including user acquisition for all products.
- Set the strategy for selecting which product-driven stories to share with the press, and which press outlets to share them with, while keeping in mind how to exactly convey the message.
- Develop strategies for maintaining player engagement using social media, customer support, events and promotions.
- Manage employees working in the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within the department.
- Assist and help produce official company live streams, on and off camera.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- B.S. or equivalent in business, marketing or other related fields.
- Previous relevant experience in the Computer Game industry is desirable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as analytical skills and business acumen.
- Have an understanding and knowledge of basic video editing, applicable software, and necessary video and audio equipment.
- Able to travel on business or works beyond normal work hours when necessary.
- Passion for game industries.
