Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform services in Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and Labor Management fields for existing clients.
- Supervise its team members work in Tax, Accounting, Human Resources, and Labor Management fields for existing clients, to ensure adherence to the Company's
standard and guidelines. - Work closely with General Manager of the Company to manage progress of ongoing projects and give instructions to its team members and re-assign tasks for smooth operation.
- Meet with existing and potential clients and business partners both remotely and physically (New York and surrounding areas), to maintain/generate excellent relationships.
- Oversee billings and invoices for ongoing & finished projects.
- Attend internal meetings with other managers and sales teams.
- Assist in establishing the new office by including, but not limited to, managing office-related matters, recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at native level is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tax and Accounting for clients required.
- Strong and comprehensive knowledge and skills of Tax and Accounting required.
- CPA certificate or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax or Accounting, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience of supervising one or more employees preferred and Sales or Client Service preferred .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to cross functionally work with executives and team members..
