Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team to drive overall market and technical enablement strategy.
- Define and execute on a strategic market development plan and ensure it's in line with ompany'ss strategic direction, in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
- Build business development pipeline by engaging with key prospects and partners.
- Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of the product.
- Present business reviews to senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks in expanding our reach in the industry.
- Handle a high volume of engagements and interactions in the fast pace of the edge computing market.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the legal group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a technical field with related experience preferred.
- 10+ years of business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience preferable.
- Responsive, self-driven and directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- A large and diverse business network, including extensive relationships with C-Suite contacts.
- Willingness to work and collaborate within a large, complex global company, structured in matrixed and highly regionalized workplaces.
