Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively manage needs and expectations by working to gain an understanding of the client's business, website/platform functionality, and/or digital marketing initiatives.
- Confirm and detail scope and requirements for requests, working with internal teams to accurately quote time and budget to clients.
- Work with all departments to help gather company resources needs and fairly allocate resources..
- Create and maintain timelines, and required documentation for each stage of projects.
- Host and facilitate planning, status and retrospective sessions across the ecommerce team
- Escalate roadblocks, issues and risks to ensure they are prioritized and resolved.
- Manage the P/L for the ecommerce project, identify areas for improvement, create action plan and implement.
- Perform other duties as requested by client or management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working level is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted.
- Familiar with eCommerce and marketing platform such as Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, Google Advertising, Facebook Advertising, etc.
- Hands on experience working in an agency setting overseeing multiple projects.
- Comfortable with user experience, ecommerce and web development terminology and processes, with experience managing web projects, back-end integrations, mobile social, SEO/SEM Retargeting campaigns, etc.
- Availability to provide leadership and direction to staff and/or project members.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially with PowerPoint.
