Responsibilities and Duties
・Perform AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP（Accounts Payable) clerical tasks
・Perform Month-End andYear-End closing by reviewing the unapplied document report, the financial charge report and Tribal balance summary report; running the paid removal transaction report; emailing, printing, reviewing and mailing out statements to customers.
・Prepare and submit accounting and financial related documents to the Management and accounting company.
・Create monthly journal entries and posts in/to accounting system.
・Make monthly schedule for each account and reconciles with Monthly Financial Statement.
・Perform bank reconciliations.
・Prepare and handles audit related works and coordination with the vendor including the development of related documents.
・Prepare reports for Parent Company and responds to inquiries from the Parent Company and Sister Companies.
・Manages asset of the Company.
・Ensure accounting data from the Forwarding and Warehousing Division are entered into accounting database/system in order to manage profits on a monthly basis, and prepare monthly reports.
・Reviews, sort, rearrange P/L data and submit the data to the General Manager for review.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is required.
・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or previous experience in the related field preferred.
・Present with a friendly and personable demeanor and work to quickly build professional relationships with team members.
· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big plus.
