Responsibilities and Duties
・Make journal entries for receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
・File source documents for all journal entries recorded.
・Post journal entries to ledger accounts, prepare trial balances/cash flow statements and other financial reports.
・Performe bank reconciliations.
・Manage multiple client quarterly tax filings as well as other monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
・May also include payroll and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese is required.
・Previous experience in the accounting field.
・Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preffred.
・Solid organizational skills with great attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
・Ability to effectively work in a client focused team environment, building a spirit of cooperation, and sharing knowledge and skills with others in the group.
