You will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving while executing on day-to-day customer service to support the specific needs of each account.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Process/check orders and prepare accurate invoices and documents
- Coordinates with warehouse teams to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements.
- Assist Customer Service Manager in overseeing activities.
- Ensure operating procedures are being followed and are current.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and customers' expectations are being met.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is a big plus.
- Previous experience of warehouse coordination or logistic experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment.
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Capable of working independently and handle multiple issues simultaneously
