Responsibilities and Duties
・Analyze and use performance data and KPIs in creative ways to drive product awareness, and focus on leading with sharing on-trend products during monthly presentations, and seasonal events by our partner retailers.
・Foster and strengthen relationships with all clients through email, phone, in-person meetings, and trade shows.
・Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for clients to help achieve their business growth goals
・Work collaboratively with other teams to onboard new clients and develop, retain, and grow these new client relationships
・Educate clients on new product features to drive continued product satisfaction and increase client investment
・Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners
・Research current trends and collaborate with the Marketing team for strategic campaigns
・Sharing knowledge from clients cross functionally with the team.
Qualifications
・Minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the food or retail industry.
・Knowledge and experience with marketing campaigns
・Powerful analytical and reporting skills
・Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
・Extremely organized and experienced in managing/prioritizing a high volume of tasks
・Collaborative and work cross-functionally with a host of different teams
・Adaptive to change and the ability to learn quickly
