Responsibilities and Duties
・Facilitate localization process
・Build and drive project schedule with customers
・Accomplish tasks throughout project by working closely with internal and external team members
・Provide pre-sale and post-sale product application support for our Japanese speaking customers
・Visit customers on a regular basis and facilitate the on-going projects
・Expand and develop parts business by actively seeking new projects
・Promoting the company and key manufacturers and suppliers the company aligns with from a strategic standpoint.
・Analyzing customer trends, identifying upcoming business opportunities, and making
recommendations to customers and management for ways to increase sales and GP.
・Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
・Ability to travel for the company long distance, within the US, Canada, Mexico, and Japan.
・Strong sales, marketing and project management skills.
・Demonstrated knowledge of localization issues and cross cultural awareness.
・Excel at managing time efficiently and organing work effectively.
・Strong team player in a multi-cultural environment.
・Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
