Responsibilities and Duties
- Mechanically design and analyze systems, products, and subsystems/circuits to specification, cost, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
- Act as the technical face to customers for all pre-sales activities for RF products.
- Electrically diagnose issues of basic scope with design, field performance, reliability and test yields of products and recommend/implement corrective actions to address.
- Follow key engineering procedures including the Product Development and Engineering Change Order processes.
- Manage many aspects of programs or projects and the correspond administrative documentation and
paperwork. - Take a project leadership role in cross-functional project teams to execute upon new product
developments. - Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the development process.
- Other duties and projects as assigned and developed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Science or related; OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.
- Familiarity with 3D-CAD(ICAD), ADS and Smith Chart for engineering, SPC, ALT, DVT, ESS, HALT, HASS, GRR and Lean Six sigma for quality and reliability.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, attention-to-detail, highly organized, and personal commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result oriented growth business and effectively time manage and prioritize.
