Responsibilities and Duties
*This position is 総合職 so that you will be assigned to the department that matches your preference and skillset. This is an example of responsibility at the Sales and Marketing job. Other than that, there are positions in the HR, Administration, Production Control and etc. *
・Develope a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing model
・Establish and maintain client/vendor relationships by successfully identifying customer needs and requirements in collaboration with the company’s evaluations and operations teams
・Represent the company at industry conferences to network and acquire industry education
・Engage in strategic, consultative outreach to set up outreach meetings for new prospective clients and develop a key plan for their demands
・Contribute to our company's’ mission statement and our values to ensure optimal growth
・Track marketing metrics and present results to the management team
・Other sales and marketing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Professional Working is a must.
・Bachelors Degree in Business; Masters degree in Business is a plus
・Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
・Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments
・Detail oriented
