Responsibilities and Duties
- Process all policy change requests including but not limited to the following: endorsement changes, invoicing additional premiums, preparing check requests, mailing documents, etc.
- Intake, issue, and distribute all certificates of insurance..
- Assist with preparing annual and/or interim insurance policy audits, insurance applications.
- Assist with preparing broker of record letter, new account set-up, and competitive bids.
- Input and maintain record of all activities in the company system.
- Provide high quality of work with professional demeanor and technical accuracy.
- Participate in seminars and educational classes for development of skills and knowledge.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum two-years related experience and/or training preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgement.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time/project management skills.
