Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow up with delivery and/or pick up status with customers and vendors and ensure the delivery and/or pick up is on schedule.
- Familiarize yourself with various Government import regulations and keep the customers informed.
- Communicate with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction level up to their standard..
- Correspond daily with overseas and/or domestic agents.
- Provide customers with quotes and negotiate if necessary.
- Under the direction of the Account Manager, assist with census preparation for marketing or implementation purposes.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (Business Level) is a must.
- Willing to work flexible schedules and occasionally overtime/weekend as needed.d.
- Dependable, coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Availability to learn, support other team members and grow together.
- Solid organizational skills, problem solving, including multitasking and time-management.
