Responsibilities and Duties
・Work with customer’s on implementing, customizing, and providing technical infrastructure services
・Tests and troubleshoots system for the customer, providing the initial level of support with issue resolution
・Provide ERP module training for customer
・Assist customer with data migration
・Write functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports
・Generate interest of customers in additional products and services
・Responsible for timely entry of time and expenses in a project accounting system
・Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
・Minimum 5+ years’ experience ERP implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX/GP.
・3-5 years of experience developing on the .Net platform or ERP development platform.
・3-5 years of experience working with relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred)
・Experience in X++, C#, and .NET technologies
・Strong understanding of database architecture and design
・Strong understanding business process in Distribution, Manufacturing, Costing, ・Inventory Control, and Accounting.
・Experience using Agile or Waterfall Development methodologies
・Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
・Willingness to travel
・Good communication skills and client handling capability
