Responsibilities and Duties
・Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that help us achieve our real estate / store development objectives and provide customer delight
・Analyze and negotiate license agreements for approved deals
・Monitor progress of approved deals to assure timely openings and closures that adhere to the signed license agreement
・Manage a high volume deal flow of complex deal and build a robust pipeline of deals
・Attend required informational and status meetings relating to storage and temporary store agreements
・Maintain continuous communication with other departments, landlord partners and vendor partners to grow the professional network and lead as an ambassador for store development and the company
・Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native level preferable
・Minimum of 2 years related work experience preferred, ideally in a Real Estate setting
・Knowledge of Real Estate / Leasing / Construction / Design / Legal industry practices is a plus
・Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
・Possess analytical skills and the ability to perform real estate related calculations and analysis
