Responsibilities and Duties
・Perform day to day task revolving around e-commerce operations including daily communication within cross-departmental and also external parties (Channels Ops team)
・Evaluate operations procedures and processes to recommend strategies
・Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
・Prepare detailed reports of workflow research and improvements
・Daily communication with various internal teams (fulfillment, customer service, warehouse, logistics, finance, e-commerce, technology, merchandising, analytics)
・Assist other teams such as engineer, designer, analyst teams in SEO strategies and initiatives by ensuring sites are properly optimized for search engine success.
・Prepare competitive analysis reports and performance measurement reports for different categories.
・Stay on top of e-commerce trends and deliver new ideas to the team.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Native to Business Level
・Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in E-commerce, Apparel industry, and inventory control
・In depth understanding of fashion brands and apparel ls a plus.
・Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, work on a deadline, and be a fast learner.
・3-5+years’ Amazon in-house for a consumer brand company or agency
・Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy.
・Fast-learner, excellent communication (verbal & written), & multi-tasking skills
