Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive business development to new accounts and penetrate into target channels.
- Conduct relevant market and business analysis that drive business decision meeting the objectives.
- Create presentation concepts for new and existing customers, customizing specifics to match audience.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs..
- Prepare sales forecasts and have P&L responsibilities in assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with management and other cross-function resources to maximize sales growth.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical, organizational skill are necessary.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and work well under pressure.
- Excellent leadership ability with demonstrated skills motivating and recognizing others.
- Ability to work independently and make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgement..
- Proficiency in software including the use of Windows operating system, and MS Office.
