We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual IT Help Desk Specialist (Tier 1) to provide front-line support for our onsite users. This role is primarily responsible for handling basic hardware support, equipment management, and user liaison tasks. Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution will be escalated to higher-tier support teams.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide first-level IT support including hardware replacement (monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.)
- Manage IT equipment inventory and handle procurement of mobile devices and other hardware
- Act as a liaison between onsite users (including Japanese expats) and upper-tier IT teams
- Assist with general IT-related requests and ensure smooth communication within the team
- Document and track user requests and escalate issues as appropriate
Qualifications
- Professional Working proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Entry-level position – no experience necessary
- Prior experience in an IT support or help desk role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work 100% onsite
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and office device handling
