Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare an annual budget, directs sales forecasting activities, establishes budget and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Monitor and control all expense including staff expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Manage and maintain all merchandises purchased to ensure the qualities are met in accordance with the Company standard.

- Direct and coordinate all activities of store clerks, and supervises employees engaged in sales work.
- Conduct hiring interviews, and is responsible for training newly hired employees.
- Assist and support other duties in order to keep the store operations smoothly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- In depth understanding of fashion brands and apparel anf a keen eye for envisioning and interpreting fashion trends.
- Have strong time-management and delegation skills..
- Skill in verbal and written communications, training and development, and effective listening
- Possess good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Have the ability to perform various physical tasks during the work shift.
- Ability to work effectively multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
