Responsibilities and Duties
・Work with the department heads in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
・Prepare sales forecasts, goals, budgets and market analysis; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the organization’s strategy.
・Participate in shows and tabletops in the respective regions, including but not limited to regional, national and international if applicable.
・Coach, mentor and train sales team to achieve employee goals and growth.
Oversee sales activities with major retail accounts while implementing promotional and other programs in consultation with department heads.
・Understand customer requirements and provides quality customer service in a timely and accurate manner, matching expectations and capabilities.
・Adhere to safety and performance standards as established by the company.
・Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned.
