Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers as they relate to RF products.
- Resolve technical and operational issues as required to ensure succesful operation of the product.
- Work closely with Engineering to develop initial prototype and refine them to gain customer acceptance
- Get information on new opportunities from technical departments at customers.
- Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the development process.
- Communicate closely with other departments, including Engineering, sales, quality and production.
- Act as the technical face to the customer for all pre-sales activities for RF products.
- Review and communicate feedback for a RF products that minimize hardware configurations and maximizes customer options through designs that emphasize commonality and modularity.
- Take a project leadership role in cross-functional project teams to execute upon new product developments and CIP efforts for RF products for plasma applications.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Science or related; OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, ADS, PSIM and Smith Chart for engineering, SPC, ALT, DVT, ESS, HALT, HASS, GRR and Lean Six sigma for quality and reliability.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, attention-to-detail, highly organized, and personal commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result oriented growth business and effectively time manage and prioritize.
