Responsibilities and Duties
・Attend pre-launch meetings designing branding initiatives, verifying all operations, technology and staff are prepared for launch
・Oversee day to day operations, ongoing dealership marketing activities and coach/mentor/train licensed sales professionals
・Implements sales strategies ensuring agents/brokers are meeting long term growth and sales goals
・Conduct sales team education meetings, weekly sales progress meetings and create/execute plans for adjustments when needed
・Collaborates with key personnel discussing sales data, staff retention reporting and progress of agency operations goals
・Sell products and assists with escalated customer account resolutions when needed
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
・Ability to execute excellence to company standards at all times.
・Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
・Outside sales experience, preferably business to business.
・Knowledge of industry, market trends, and best practices of customer service is a big plus.
・Past experience in management preferable.
