They are currently seeking a Senior Vice President to lead their branded communications business. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both drive revenue as a top-performing individual contributor and manage a high-performing team, with full responsibility for business growth, client relationships, and cross-border project execution between the U.S. and Japan.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage a 15–20 member cross-functional team as a playing manager, driving both individual and team performance.
- Own business operations and financial results, including revenue growth, KPIs, forecasting, and overall P&L accountability.
- Drive key accounts by proposing, selling, and executing integrated advertising and marketing campaigns for major clients.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple media, including TV commercials, digital content, films, web, and branded entertainment.
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans, and supervise production to ensure quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.
- Build a strong, high-performance team culture by leading with intensity, discipline, and commitment while fostering trust and accountability across global teams.
Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English (business-level fluency required)
- Experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, or solution-based sales, with a strong preference for experience at major advertising or PR agencies.
- Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional who can personally generate revenue and lead by example.
- Leadership experience is a big plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
