The company is a leading karaoke business from Japan, offering spaces where people of all ages can come together and enjoy themselves. You will lead all daily operations at the new U.S. location. This includes managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping the company grow in the U.S. market. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in all areas of the business, especially during the startup phase.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Open and manage the first U.S. store.
- Hire, train, and lead the store team.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and great customer experiences.
- Build a strong, motivated team.
- Track sales, costs, and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to increase performance and efficiency.
- Support future store planning and site research in California and beyond.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Professional experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment management.
- Background in entertainment or food and beverage is a plus.
- Experience opening and running a store or location is a plus.
- Ability to work late-night shifts as part of a flexible schedule, especially during weekends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- This role Includes training in Japan (1–3 months) and travel for future store planning.
