Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for our clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between our clients in Japan and our local U.S. teams.
- Craft and present marketing proposals based on in-depth research, facts, and concrete information.
- Coordinate with various local partners and stakeholders to deliver on project requirements.
- Actively participate in the strategy planning process, bringing innovative ideas and insights to the table.
- Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insight to clients and internal teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the PR or marketing sector preferred.
- Strong appreciation and knowledge of Japanese culture, including J-Pop, anime, fashion, food, and gaming.
- Proven track record in planning and executing experiential marketing activations is an advantage.
- Exceptional research abilities with a knack for transforming data into compelling marketing proposals.
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and advertising on digital platforms such as Google, Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in challenging environments. Willingness to venture out of the comfort zone.
