Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct sales for chemical and raw material products; identify and develop new customers; manage existing accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships; attend meetings and events to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations and proposals; negotiate pricing and terms; coordinate deliveries and contracts.
- Record and monitor sales activities; support customers with samples and product info; report market trends.
- Attend trade shows and business events; travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounting teams on shipping, payments, and documentation; ensure on-time delivery and proper record management.
- Provide accurate order and delivery information; resolve issues; respond promptly to clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with corporate clients and internal teams.
- Ability to accurately handle numerical data and basic calculations, and to understand the content of graphs and charts.
- Ability to interpret contracts and proposals accurately, think flexibly according to the situation, and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create and analyze reports as needed.
- Must be tactful, mature, and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work pressures successfully.
