This includes managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping the company grow in the U.S. market. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in all areas of the business, especially during the startup phase.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Open and manage the first U.S. store.
- Hire, train, and lead the store team.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and great customer experiences.
- Build a strong, motivated team.
- Track sales, costs, and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to increase performance and efficiency.
- Support future store planning and site research in California and beyond.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
- Professional experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment management.
- Background in entertainment or food and beverage is a plus.
- Experience opening and running a store or location is a plus.
- Ability to work late-night shifts as part of a flexible schedule, especially during weekends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- This role Includes training in Japan (1–3 months) and travel for future store planning.
