Responsibilities and Duties
- Money Management and Cost Control: Achieve sales goals / Plan and monitor restauraunt sales and revenue / Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
- People Management: Pre-Hires, interviews, offer, and trains employees.
- Operation Management: Maintain overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensures compliance.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
- Fluency in Japanese or Spanish is preferred.
