Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond promptly to customer communications and inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate, helpful answers to customer questions, concerns and effectively resolve issues.
- Create precise price quotes and invoices.
- Verify the accuracy of outbound orders and maintain meticulous records.
- Review orders and shipments to identify and address discrepancies or potential fraud.
- Handle accounting tasks, including marking manual orders as paid and maintaining financial records.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties that are assigned by upper management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in an international setting.
- High degree of self-discipline with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
- Self-motivated, success driven, have strong organizational skills, a multi-tasker, reliable, self-determined and have excellent follow up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
