Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with parent/affiliated companies regarding orders, freight forwarders and shipping companies regarding shipment schedule and update.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide comprehensive logistical support daily for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, prepare invoices, and maintain billing records.
- Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable
- Work with all sales manager regarding accounts receivable outstanding invoices.
- Other related duties will be assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (Professional Working ~ Native level) is a big plus.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years import/export, sales assistant, inside sales or similar experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, prepare invoices, and maintain billing records.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independent but also contribute to a healthy team environment.
- Attentive to detail and punctual.
