You will be responsible for responsible for handling company accounting activities, such as accounts payable, account receivables, bank deposits, issuing checks, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain/ correct and update system information daily.
- Communicate with the branches, subsidiaries, overseas agents or the third party to settle in a timely manner.
- Review the statement updated by the third party and give them some directions to keep a statement current monthly.
- Assist with preparation of Asset/Liability account details and investigate the discrepancy and outstanding.
- Perform closing tasks such as Cost and Rev. Suspension, ACR and WIP balance, Bank Reconciliation etc.
- Prepare for year ending tasks.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at business level is must.
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in accounting or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years of previous experience in accounting or related field.
- Proficient in software including the use of Windows operating system, MS Office.
- Hands on experience of ERP or Cargowise is a plus.
- Availability to maintain high ethical standards in the work place.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
