Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Follow proper escalation path when necessary to resolve issues.
- Meet with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Document and track support requests and their resolution in a helpdesk ticketing system
- Serve as subject matter expert on key projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Participate as an active member of the team and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Japanese at professional level is a must.
- 1-2 years related work experience preferred but not required.i
- Prove knowledge of networking is a big plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
- Must have positive attitude, be flexible to work-hour/days according to project needs, and able to work in global operation environment with understanding of cultural differences.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn technical and communication skills./li>
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
