Responsibilities and Duties
- Build relationships with company vendors, wholesalers, and clients, and provide excellent customer service to each.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Other tasks will be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to, and passion for, working in a health care opportunity and workforce expansion mission-driven organization.
- Time management, organizational, and record keeping skills and discipline in personal management, self-motivation, accountability and responsibility.
