Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the strategic growth of current client base by managing a defined number of corporate relationships.
- Create and maximize revenue opportunities within current corporate relationships.
- Hire, mentor, coach and develop employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities.
- Lead and conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with corporate contacts; set regular agendas for meetings, document follow up and communicate key takeaways to all interested parties.
- Work with corporate client stakeholders to define success metrics and determine engagement strategies.
- Discuss current utilization and outcomes metrics; analyze progress against pre-defined success factors.
- Oversee all key steps in the execution process and leading all negotiations and strategy development.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at Native level is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or other related disciplines.
- Previous experience in the finance, banking, fund or Venture Capital preferred.
- Strategic thinker, with a commercial results-driven.
- Ability to clearly articulate analysis, written and verbally.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and hardworking with a sense of urgency.
- Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast paced environment.
