Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets as designated by the manager.
- Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients in MA, RI, CT, ME and NH.
- Visit customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the Company’s products in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Creates frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data./li>
- Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree and above preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of food wholesale/distribution experience preferred.
- Own a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of CRM software preferred.
- Knowledge of Japanese foods preferred.
