Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the realization of business benefits for clients.
- Participate in full life cycle client-facing implementation projects.
- Lead the operational information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
- Configure a client business solution.
- Provide training to clients’ key and end users.
- Proactively understand assigned core business applications, including related system event logs and alerts and ensure proper action for resolution of issues.
- Create productive relationships by working closely with stakeholders, technical staff, liaise with vendors, colleagues, and contacts from other teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents and problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is required.
- 1+ years of experience as IT Sales/Consultant in areas such as ERP, Cloud Solutions, IoT integration, and Secutiry
- Hands-on experience working with various support teams across the organization for triaging and resolution of reported issues。
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally.
- Knowledge of application design, build, configuration, administration, & troubleshooting.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple issues at any given time.
