Responsibilities and Duties
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete
proposals - Identify marketing opportunities and develop sales leads, and develop a sales strategy to meet sales targets.
- Consult with producers and management on our service offerings and negotiate sales and service contracts, as well as discounts and warranties.
- Prepare estimates and proposals collaboratively with producers and management.
- Initiate after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications.
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience in an IT services or digital agency sales environment.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate software development services.
- Ability to liaise with management and developers about sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and innovation.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
