Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in preforming invoicing duties - both AP and AR.
- Perform Month-End and Year-End closing by reviewing the unapplied document report, the financial charge report and balance summary report; running the paid removal transaction report.
- Prepare and submit accounting and financial-related documents to the Management and accounting company.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and handle audit-related works and coordination with the vendor including development of related documents.
- Manage assets of the Company.
- Review, sort, rearrange P/L data and submits the data to the Accounting Assistant Manager for review.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) in Accounting or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, personal computer, printer, scanner, etc.
- Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office, and Accounting.
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and payroll data.
- Ability to multi-task assignments and meet deadlines.
