Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationships, advise customers of new product and service offerings, and obtains feedback on products.
- Serve as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters related to product sales.
- Participate in trade shows by representing the organization and sharing information on products.
- Research market conditions and conduct feasibility studies to determine market demand for the company’s existing and new products
- Travel through the North American market to visit brokers, distributors, and retail establishments to promote the sale of company products.
- Collaborate with Marketing Agencies for strategic planning and oversight of Social media efforts.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline preferred..
- Must be English and Japanese bilingual in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Minimum 5+ years experience, with food or beverage sales preferred.
- Detailed oriented in event planning, communication, and logistics
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle to perform sales activities.
- Knowledge and experience with managing various social media platforms is a plus.
- Able to effectively articulate decisions and present to an audience.
