Responsibilities and Duties
- Build innovative marketing campaigns that engage and acquire players, grow the player base and drive ongoing campaigns.
- Perform competitive analysis and work with the research team to identify and understand audience insights and trends.
- Manage marketing tasks including those related to CRM, performance, brand campaigns, and events.
- Assist with developing content such as brand artwork, style guides, digital ad banners, gameplay trailers, product websites and other promotional assets.
- Develop and curate engaging content across all company social media accounts such as Twitch.
- Support licensed activities and interact with licensors as necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Robust project management skills including documentation and schedule management.
- Attention to detail, meticulous organization and problem solving skills are a must
- Team oriented and able to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels
- Adept at quickly learning new processes and technology.
- Eagerness and passion to learn and grow in the video games industry.
