Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Oversee, direct and supervise field sales reps’ activities; reviews and evaluates work and performances.
- Prepare and provide presentations for brokers, distributors, and retailers.
- Analyze sales trends and operating efficiency, product presentations, and best practices in order to maximize profit.
- Handle troubleshooting and work internally and with retailers on specific issues.
- Attend and exhibit at trade and consumer shows.
- Perform other tasks as needed to manage the company’s sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a related field for more than six months.
- Tech savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of an organization
- Ability and flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Fluency in Japanese at conversational level is a big plus.
