Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish new accounts and manage established accounts within assigned territory to achieve or exceed established sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by creating customized account strategies.
- Work in conjunction with broker in charge, assist with proposals for new projects while collaborating consultatively with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive the market with innovative solutions and offerings.
- Stay on top of the competitive environment, industry trends, and local market dynamics to continually adjust commercial market strategies.
- Initiate due diligence activities with company development personnel once a property is under contract.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, development, acquisition, or brokerage, preferably on the acquisition side.
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker License.
- Logical problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point.
