Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
- Take a hands-on approach to client engagements including the writing and running of SQL queries to extract data from large-scale assets
- Develop and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
- Ensure clear communication throughout projects and amongst team.
- Leverage business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions.
- Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in IT consulting and managing a team of 5 or more.
- Experience with the whole process of business operation analysis to business design or business process re-engineering.
- Ability to develop project proposals, RFI, and RFP documentation and validate related scope of work submissions..
- Energetic, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the dedication to help the company grow.
- Experience in IT strategy planning such as, but not limited to architecture developing, roadmapping, software systematization, and etc.
- Previous experience at a major consulting firm is preffered.
