Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct extensive data analysis via excel leveraging advanced pivot tables and macro writing skills.
- Evaluate past usage to determine optimum levels of goods in stock.
- Anticipate future usage requirements to maintain minimum inventory that can fulfill user requirements.
- Interface with other departments, providing information as requested to resolve part issues
- Plan, schedule, and conduct customer meetings as required.
- Independently develop and analyze data and prepare metrics for senior management/
- Work and communicate with external customers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at professional level is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Inventory Planning, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience using database and inventory software.
- Possess strong database skills and project management skills.
- Technical familiarity of photolithography or other complex systems.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in high value purchasing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially in Excel including advance level data manipulation.
