Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on plant, facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, provide diagnosis and plan repairs on equipment.
- Order, receive or collect, and stock parts and other maintenance materials.
- Execute preventative maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Understand and comply with OSHA regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team efforts to improve safety, employee satisfaction, quality and productivity.
- Perform other, related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to work in wet, ambient, hot to cold environments.
- Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds frequently.
- Previous plant operations, mechanical maintenance and manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
- Ablility to work long hours and able to work overtime when required, as per the business needs.
- Safety conscious, detail orientated, self-starter, and punctual.
- Willing to wear face mask, hairnet, smock, and safety shoes are to be worn at all times, while inside of plant.
