Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as point of contact for site administrative items.
- Accountable to provide first-level customer service to plant visitors, escalating as required.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to local management but not limited to report generation, and data entry/analysis.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, procuring items as needed and through appropriate channels, including break room supplies.
- Assist in processing, reviewing, and reconciling aproduction orders, correcting errors, executing work order closeout, and distribute reports as required.
- Provide translation and interpret in different communication settings (documents, meetings, written materials etc).
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple simultaneous projects..
- Well organized, resourceful, multi-tasker, attention to detail, ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.
- Previous experience in Accounting field is a big plus.
