Responsibilities and Duties
- Direct daily shipping arrangement and manpower allocation, ensure shipping arrangement and control is done timely and correctly.
- Establish storage layout and manages space requirement.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to facilitate efficient and smooth warehouse operation.
- Prepare and mails invoices to customers, monitors payment status and follow up with the customers when the payment is late.
- Analyze, monitor and improve warehouse operations to meet department productivity and quality goals.
- Assist with inventory count, shipping, receiving, etc. as needed and file all documents related to shipment daily.
- Other miscellaneous duties and projects assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
- 3 years of experience in the warehousing industry preferred.
- Familiar with Windows operating system and MS Office.
- Must possess a valid forklift license.
